Today in class we were learning about our wellbeing and how it is good for us.
Explain the 5 ways of being healthy in nature:
- Go for a run outside
- relax under some trees.
- go for a swim
- eat healthily outside
- walk on the beach.
Describe one way you enjoy the outdoors and set a goal for a new outdoor activity:
I enjoy the outdoors because you can go and play sports and go for runs. I will try new sports I never heard of before.

I like this place because I can go for a swim as well as a run and I go there with my family.
