Holidays

I like having holidays because I can rest and have a fun time away form school. This holidays we are going away next week and will all have and awesome time and I hope you had an amazing Christmas because I did and have a awesome new year.

Pet Day

A few days ago we had pet day it was really fun I did not bring a pet to school though but I still got to see other people's pet there was lots of dogs. 

I also saw cats, bunny, turtles and sheep there was fake pets to. My favorite animal there was the cats because my pet at home is a cat. Here are some images of the pets there were at school:

My Christmas Recipe of Awesomeness

Today we were making christmas recipe and were making animations here is mine:

½ a Cup of JOY

1 Teaspoon of disappointment

1 Cup of family

A Pint of love

A Pinch of LOL

A Tablespoon of songs

1.Get a bowl and put in ½ a Cup of JOY.

2.  Add in a Teaspoon of disappointment.

3. Add one cup of family and mix.

4. When mixing add in a Pint of love.

5. After mixed with love add your Pinch of LOL on top of your mixture.

6. Add a Tablespoon of songs.

7. Put in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You will now have an AWESOME CHRISTMAS.

Earthquake

This morning there was a earthquake. For Christchurch the earthquake was 6.6 it was bigger than the february earthquake. It was really scary and it woke me up I only got 7 hours of sleep here are some video of the earthquake:

Athletic Zones

On wednesday I will be going to zones for 2016 10 year old boys. The last time I went to zones I made it to centrals for long jump. My highest jump is 3.8 meters at centrals it is a lot harder but I still came 11th. Today I was practising for zones as I am going again for 50 meter sprints and long jump I want to make it to central again. if I do I will be the only kid in our school to go to centrals twice and will make a school record! Fractions

Today I was doing fractions and I found it really easy even my friends wanted my help here is my score:

As you can see I had this question and to get it right you have to add the holes up and add the halve to it so it equals 3 1/2.   

I got all of them correct it was easy because I knew the strategy I needed good bye! 

Prototec stage six timed again

Today I did prototec stage 6 timed I did really well Here is my score:

I did really well  wish I can get all of them right on my next fraction practise. 

Athletics Sports

Today I am talking about our athletics coming up on friday we will all have a lot of fun.

I am going to try and get in the top three in all my events that I have to do.

I hope I can go to centrals again for long jump which is my favorite athletics sports.

Everyone who watches me thinks I have a lot of potential in long jump and they know it is my favorite sport in athletics.

Today I did a online quiz and I was pretty good at it I saw one and read it and I mixed them up here is my score:

 I really enjoyed the test next time I will remember to read it correctly. I did really well and got 90% I will do better next time good bye.

Today I did stage 6 prototec and it was timed. It was really hard because they only give you an certain amount of time to do it in here is my score:

Today I did prototec on stage 7. We had ten minutes to complete it I finished in 5 minutes 56 seconds I did really well. Here is my score:

Hut Time!

A few days ago we were making hut. We were put into groups, groups of four. In my group there was Ruavai, Isaiah, Ethan and I. We made our hut in a triangle area. I put the sticks where we thought it should go and the others got the sticks. Here are some pictures of our hut:

Prototec stage 6 Timed AWESOMENESS

Hi there Tobey here again. Today I did prototec on stage 6 timed I bet my high score I was so happy here are the results:

 This was awesome now I have to try harder to finish it.

Prototec stage 6 timed again.

Today I was working on my stage  6 prototec I cannot seem to pass it and  will probably try again on my next math time or after this post. To complete the test you had to try to get the answers correct and if you're on  time you get timed as well and it is harder here is my prototec score:

I did not get them all correct so my score is 29 and I need to get my quick addition and subtraction.

Today I did a redo on stage five timed I got 57/60 that was the lowest we were allowed to get.

Today I did a timed test and you don't get that much time to think of the answer I think I did well for my age.

I hoped I would of got better but I tried my best.

Be Friendly to Everyone

Today we are talking about friendliness and how we can be friendly throughout the week.

Here are some ways to be friendly this week:    

Be friends with them even if they are different you can.

Be friendly by welcoming people even if you don't know who it is.

You can help them if they are stuck or are struggling.

You don't have to be friends with every one at least be friendly.

Be friendly because it makes people fell welcome even if they don't belong there.

I hope every one in the world can be friendly.

There was a couple of ways to be friendly to people. I have learnt to be kind to people even if they are different. Next time I see someone who needs a friends I will help them by being a friend to them.
