NZ Government compare and contrast paragraph

Hi Guys

In Power to the people, Hurumanu went learned about the Māori authority system and the British settler government system. This compare and contrast paragraph is about those two systems.

In New Zealand, There are two types of government systems. One was the Māori authority system, The other was the British settler government system.
The Māori authority system is when there were no courts, Judges, Police, or Prisons. Tapu was important for protecting people, objects, and things.
By comparison, the British settler government system is when. Law was organized to control society and stop people from breaking the rules of society. You were innocent till proven guilty.
This was important because there are two different government systems. This was also important because we need to be able to look at these government systems an see the pros and cons.
