Food Tech

Hi Guys.
Today in food tech class we make cookies. we were given the task to make cookies.
We made the cookie dough the day before and baked them today.

The cookie's I made were really good and taste amazing. I like how they had the right mix of fillers and dough.

We also had to weigh them and we guest if the weight of one of the cookie would go up or down.
I thought that the cookies will not gain weight and that they would lose weight because of the moister would have evaporated in the oven. It turns out that I was right.

This was really fun to make and they taste amazing.

I can't wait for our net lesson to find out what were making.
