My Athletics score
1. I have tried Javelin for the first time this year and I enjoyed learning about the correct way to throw a javelin.
I improved on my 100-meter sprints the most as I wasn't that fast at it last year but I improve my speed and fitness level.
I Enjoyed Long Jump the most as I enjoy going that distance and that long of a jump. I also like that you see improvements every time you jump.
I would like to do more of these activities as they were fun and you could see improvements straight away.
