Open Steak Sandwich & Rice Paper Spring Rolls

 Steak sandwich:

Steak, salt, Pepper, Bread rolls, cheese, lettuce, sauces, tomato.

We seasoned then cooked the steak on a pan.

Skills learnt: How to correct cook strips of meat.

Sensory evaluation: It was a good flavor and had a good look because the meat was seasoned perfect. Thee mixture of flavors were good and it was a good meal. It smelt good.

What I would do different next time: Add a bit more of everything and the who team being their.

The team worked well but the whole team wasn't there.

Sensory evaluation: It was a average flavor and looked ok. The mixture of flavors were good and it was a ok meal. It didn't have a smell.
