Square And Cube Roots

Lately in class my math group have been learning about square and cube roots.

Red Cabbage Indicator

Hi guys
In science lately we have done a Red Cabbage Indicator with different household products like shampoo and toothpaste. This is a very fun experimenter that can be done in a few simple step:

1. Chop the red cabbage down to the correct size.

2. Boil the cabbage in a beaker over a Bunsen burner.

3.  Put the cabbage water into different beakers.

4. Add different Liquids and the colors will change.

5. See the change in color and pH.

This is a very fun experiment and was very cool to see the change with the things added into it.
